Tupeane ushauri kuhusu mambo yahusuyo familia na jamii kwa ujumla. “I laugh, I love, I hope, I try, I hurt, I need, I fear, I cry. ReplyDeletePole sana Dada Lulu kwa kuumwa "ulcer", japo sijui ni ugonjwa gani huo kwa kiswahili. Kama ni vidonda vya tumbo, basi kunywa maziwa zaidi. Jitahidi kutokuwa na stress zisizo za lazima, na zaidi zaidi tia msosi wa nguvu kila wakati. Epuka kula pilipili.

Nenda misikitini kuna dawa wanaziita `zakisuna' hizo ni kiboko, kwanza unapewa za kusafisha tumbo, swafi kabisa halafu dawa yenyewe, ukimaliza utaanza kula maharage na pilipili...kwani we sasa upo wapi?
